Gabriela is the owner and CEO of 2 Remodel 2 LLC, a construction company certified with the WBE (Women Business Enterprise) distinction by the city of Houston. With over 7 years of experience in the industry, Gabriela has successfully led her company, specializing in construction and remodeling. Her ability to manage complex projects, provide accurate estimates, and maintain high-quality standards has made 2 Remodel 2 LLC one of the most trusted companies in the Houston construction market. Gabriela is known for her capacity to lead teams, optimize resources, and ensure client satisfaction in every project.

Ihali Ortega
Ihali is the Chief Operations Officer of 2 Remodel 2 LLC, a company certified as a WBE by the City of Houston. With a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, which supports her expertise in auditing, accounting, and finance, and a Bachelor's degree in Law, which has prepared her to handle labor, commercial, and corporate legal matters, Ihali brings over 14 years of national and international experience in sectors such as professional services, consulting, construction, and engineering. Additionally, she holds a Master's degree in Engineering, allowing her to tackle technical and operational challenges with an innovative perspective. Ihali is a leader committed to operational excellence and continuous improvement, values she reinforces with her Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification and her Ascend National Cohort credential in Project Management. She is known for her strategic approach, her ability to optimize processes, and her skill in leading multidisciplinary teams to success.

Glenn van Kooijk
Glenn is a Senior Portfolio Management, Digital Transformation Executive/Senior Solutions Architect with more than 20 years of experience in the IT industry across multiple verticals (Finance, Supply Chain, Pharma, Medical, Non-Profit , Oil and Gas as well as Non-Profit), helping clients achieve their business goals through digital transformation, portfolio management, and innovation.
He acts as a liaison between the client and technical teams, translating complex technical requirements into effective and efficient solutions while mitigating risks. He also analyze the business impact that individual technical choices may have on a client’s business processes, ensuring our teams execute on deliverables. He has a PMP certification and a master's degree in IT, and I leverage my skills in agile, ERP, ITSM, ITBM, and other tools and frameworks to deliver high-quality solutions.
